After researching real estate agents to help me sell a piece of land, Lori Garner kept showing up at the top of reviews, and sales in my area . I made contact with Lori and told her of my intentions, and within a week my property was posted. My first offer came in just 2 days, but we couldn’t reach an agreement. My second offer came in just a couple of days later, and resulted in a contract. Less than 2 weeks I had a contract and closing date. Anything I needed or any question I had, Lori took care of it, and had answered. This process was so easy , I couldn’t believe it. Thank God I had Lori working for me. If you want to sell real estate, the biggest mistake you can make, is not to hire Lori as your agent.

Lori was super helpful and knowledgeable on all our needs and questions. She was Johnny on the spot when ot came to this journey. The same day we saw the house listed, she was willing to meet. We had some set backs here and there, and she was able to walk us, through every step without issue. Lori was also able to assist us with the questions we had concerning the VA loan, as she had experience in this type of home loan as well. Lori was polite, engaged, encouraging, the qhole step of the way. We would definitely recommend Lori for any realty needs!!! I know we would use her again in a heartbeat. THANKS LORI
